Our Health Security Plan

The arrival being carried out in a completely autonomous way, you will not get in touch with our staff. Information and access codes will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your reservation.

The chalets are all professionally cleaned and disinfected between each rental, following a strict protocol drawn up in accordance with the COVID-19 health security plan for the tourist industry.


Reservation policy

Public Health Directives:

  • The chalet must be rented in full to the same group.
  • It is possible to hold gatherings on the condition of being limited to 10 people from a maximum of 3 households. A minimum distance of 2 meters must be maintained.
  • Shopping before arrivale
  • Before the stay, the tenants must confirm
    • Not having been in contact with people showing symptoms or returning from a trip
    • Have no symptoms of Covid-19
    • Do not return from abroad

In order to ensure that you comply with public health directives, you will be asked to sign a declaration of health status and a commitment to comply.

The usual reservation policy applies, with the exception of this declaration.


Cancellation policy in case of force majeure

For reservations made before May 26.

A new rental contract will be sent to you, including the signed declaration.

In the event that it is not possible for you to comply with public health directives, it is possible to postpone your reservation free of charge for the equivalent period in 2021 or to obtain a credit note for a stay in the following 12 months.

For reservations with a date of stay scheduled after August 1, 2020. We will contact you before taking the final payment due 30 days before your stay.

For reservations made after May 26 or later.

The usual cancellation policy applies, unless a new specific government ban prevents you from enjoying your stay, then it will be possible to postpone your reservation without charge for the equivalent period in 2021 or obtain a credit note for a stay in the following 12 months.
