Information on the coronavirus and our policy in this case of force majeure ( Updated on November 25, 2020 )

 

Our Health Security Plan

The arrival being carried out in a completely autonomous way, you will not get in touch with our staff. Information and access codes will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your reservation.

The chalets are all professionally cleaned and disinfected between each rental, following a strict protocol drawn up in accordance with the COVID-19 health security plan for the tourism industry.

 

Reservation policy

The usual reservation policy applies, and the tenant agrees to follow Public Health Directives and alert levels depending on the region. See : map-of-covid-19-alert-levels-by-region

In summary:

  • The chalet must be rented considering the meeting restrictions:
    • Yellow zone: Maximum of 10 people OR 3 families
    • Orange zone: Maximum of 6 people OR 2 families
    • Red zone: Prohibited
  • Interregional travel being not recommended, on-site travel is limited and shopping must be done before arrival.

In any of these situations, it will be possible to defer your reservation free of charge for the equivalent period in 2021 or to obtain a credit note for a stay in the following 12 months. Please note that this policy does not apply to bookings made through Airbnb or any other booking platform. Please refer to the policy in force directly on the platform in question.

 

Cancellation policy in case of force majeure related to COVID-19

For bookings made since November 10th, 2020

The usual cancellation policy applies, unless one of the following government prohibitions is added:

  • A ban on interregional travel
  • A rental ban on the rented chalet

Or

  • The person who booked as well as a person residing at the same address would have been tested positive for Covid-19. (Only the address on file will be taken into consideration and medical proof will be requested)

For bookings made before November 10th, 2020

Given the guidelines in place at the time of your reservation, it is possible to defer it free of charge for the equivalent period in 2021 or to obtain a credit note for a stay in the following 12 months in the following cases:

For chalets located in the Laurentians:

  • Reservations not respecting the restriction of a maximum of 6 people or of 2 households
  • People who have booked from a red zone (only the address on file will be taken into consideration)


For all other chalets:

  • Reservations that do not respect a family restriction.
