Information on the coronavirus and policy on this case of force majeure

It is normal for you to have questions about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on you as a traveller. On this page, you will find more details on Hebergia's policy on this matter.

In the meantime, we have implemented a flexible cancellation policy to take into account this case of force majeure.

Our maintenance staff redouble their efforts

The check-in being made in a completely autonomous way, you will not get in touch with our staff.

The chalets are all professionally cleaned between each rental and / or when the owners leave. In addition to a standard cleaning which includes the disinfection of the bathrooms and the kitchen, our staff will pay particular attention to disinfect the door handles, remote controls, telephones, etc. before your arrival.

In addition, for the period up to May 4th, we have therefore set up a minimum of 7 days between each reservation, in order to ensure that we provide the safest property possible.

What does this cancellation policy imply?

For reservations with an arrival date no later than May 4th, 2020, it is possible to postpone your reservation free of charge or obtain a credit note for a stay no later than May, 2021.

In the case of the credit note:

You will be able to reserve any of our chalets at the regular rates in effect at the time of your reservation. (The last-minute discount will not be applicable under any circumstances or any other promotion in effect.)

In the case of a postponement:

This must be done in the same chalet as the initial reservation and the price already paid will be kept. It is possible to request a postponement during the following periods:

  • From October 12 to November 30, 2020
  • From April 1, 2021 to April 30, 2021

Please note that no refunds or credit notes will be given for early departures or late arrivals. If a stay is already in progress (the arrival date has passed), this case of force majeure does not apply.
