1️⃣ If you are currently staying in one of our chalets and need immediate assistance, an emergency line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The number is provided in your arrival instructions.

2️⃣ For all other inquiries, our customer service is available:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Arrival is from 5 p.m. and departure before 11 a.m.

We guarantee an arrival from 5 p.m. for all our chalets to ensure that the maintenance is well done and completed on your arrival.

The maintenance of a chalet between two rentals requiring several hours, in order to allow you an early arrival or a late departure, we must automatically block the previous or following day.

Thus, if you wish to obtain an early arrival (or late departure) an extra is requested. This gives you the option of arriving from 1 p.m. (or staying until 5 p.m.).
We ask that you send us a request by email to this effect at info@hebergia.ca.

– A DEPOSIT of 40% of the value of the stay is required at the time of reservation. The minimum age to make a reservation is twenty-five (25) years old. You may be asked for proof of ident

– In order to pay the balance due fifteen (15) days before the OCCUPATION DATE (Thirty (30) days, for reservations of 32 days or more) a payment request email will be sent to you.

– Within two (2) days prior to the DATE OF OCCUPANCY, a pre-authorization in the amount of $1000 will be blocked on the Renter’s credit card, as a security DEPOSIT. This SECURITY DEPOSIT may be used to compensate the Landlord for any damage caused by the Tenant to the rented premises. This SECURITY DEPOSIT will be released automatically within 10 days of the end of the stay;


We suggest that you purchase cancellation insurance or check with your financial institution to see if travel insurance is part of your member benefits with your credit card. These insurances often include cancellation coverage, including accommodation reservations like ours.

The arrival is done entirely independently.

An email with all essential information — including door code, address, and instructions — will be sent 4 days before your arrival.

Make sure your email address is valid and check your spam folder.

To cancel a reservation you must send an email to info@hebergia.ca.

– The DEPOSIT is refundable, less an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the stay before taxes, if the notice of cancellation is received more than thirty (30) days from the DATE OF OCCUPANCY.

– If notice of cancellation is received between sixteen (15) days and thirty (30) days from the DATE OF OCCUPANCY, the DEPOSIT is non-refundable;

– If the notice of cancellation is received less than fifteen (15) days from the DATE OF OCCUPANCY, no refund will be granted;

Exception: If the chalet is rebooked for the same dates and rate, the guest may choose between:
– A refund minus a 10% fee, or
– A credit note of equal value for a future stay.

We are unfortunately not responsible for lost or forgotten items. If we have found them, it will be our pleasure to send them to you by Purolator. A fee of $ 25 + postage will be debited from the credit card on file.
